E Biking- The ultimate protection
After watching my E Bike videos, Xnito contacted me to ask if I wanted to test their class 3 safety helmet, after doing some internet searching I had a better idea about the product and began to understand Xnito’s journey and passion for an elite product.
What is a Class 3 helmet?
As explained in the short video, a class 3 helmet offer better protection when riding an e bike up to 28 Mph, Xnito have taken it one step further and have been awarded the Dutch NTA 8776 certification, which I am told is one of the best.
There is extra protection at the side of the helmet, where the skull bone is thinner and there are vital blood vessels.
Extra protection on the lower neck and brain stem area.
The Xnito helmet can be used for any outdoor activity when added head protection is essential, such as skateboarding.

Specifications and features
The Xnito has a price tag of just under £100, which sounds a little high, it’s only when you read the specs it begins to make sense.
Integrated lights front and rear, which can last up to 10 hours on a single charge.
The rear light has 3 functions – Flashing – Static – Wave form.
Around the helmet are 10 strategically placed vents, which offer more than adequate ventilation for the UK weather.
The Xnito weighs in at only 0.83lb or 376g.
The padding feels good on the head and the size wheel has a good quality feel to it.
Supplied with the helmet is a peak, which I have chosen not to use.
Xnito have a wide range of colours available, please remember to check out their website here :

Summary
I guess having the correct safety gear is a no-brainer….if you pardon the pun.
The Xnito will certainly give you far better protection than a conventional cycle helmet.
Is it worth the investment?
I guess you need to ask yourself, how much is my safety worth.
